I’m setting up a blind tasting for an upcoming comparison review…two low-priced, high demand wheaters- both aged 12 years. Weller 12 Year vs. Very Special Old Fitzgerald 12 Year.
I’ll be doing the tasting blind, but I’m fairly confident I’ll know the difference, as these have pretty distinct flavor profiles despite the similarities in mash bill and age. Still, blind comparisons can be tricky. So What’s your call? Let us know!
